Some of our Initial assessments can be completed via telehealth and follow up home visit or If you have a preference for home visit/ If we think a particular assessments requires face to face only assessment. We will advise you of the same. Kindly send her any documents like OT Report, Hospital discharge, Bloods etc that can assist us in completing the assessments. Alternatively If you require any accomodation supports for STA/MTA/ SIL/SDA We are happy to speak to you to advise how we can best assist you.
